So here is the deal....

I'm 34 y/o, 6'5", 253lbs and body fat at whatever it is (see pic below, 15% or so). I've been working out consistently since 15 years old with the exception of a 5 year period from 26 to 31 y/o due to some work issues.

I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian and always have been. Never had meat, fish, chicken etc.

I have done 1 cycle of the Gaspari Halodrol-50 back in 2007 and something called Halotest-25. About a year ago. Thats all.

Diet centers around oatmeal, berries, rice beans (lots of variety), lots of veggies, nuts, hummus, textured veg. protein (wheat glutin) whey protein and casein protein, creatine, fish oil (to many good properties to pass up) BCAA's and glutamine.

Strength is as follows:
Flat bench: 365x1RM
Squat: 405x1RM
Deadlift: 505x1RM

I was about the same strength in my early 20's.

My goal in more dense looking muscle, I'm not as interested in puting on much weight. I start feeling slow over 265. I was a little worried about putting on to much weight fast due to the fact I could be tested for anabolic compounds if someone noticed anything very drastic.

Given the above, oxandrolone sounded like a good place to start.

I decided to try some out rather quickly. Yes, oral only cycle. :dumbass:

I am now sort of wishing I would have added some testosterone. Have been on the Anavar for 9 days now.

Question is could I add some testosterone propionate at this point. I was thinking 100mg every other day which would be about 400mg/7 days.

This would be for a 6 week cycle. Again, I understand this is a short cycle but I like what I have read about the shorter cycles and given some of the concerns I have about big changes over a short period of time I think it might suite my situation.

If I added the Test P now the cycle would loook like this:

Anavar 60mg week 1-6
Test P 100mg EOD week 2-8
Tamoxifin 40/40/20/20

Like I said, would do it different now but thats where I'm at.

What ya'll think?

^^Many thanks amigo, been at this for almost 20 years now, I guess 15 years minus the lay off. Not too bad for a lettuce eatin fool. I'm not a gay comunist, tree hugger or from california either!!....ha
 
I say go ahead and add in the test prop. Everyone is gonna tell you to run test as a base, and prop will kick in quick to catch you up.

Yea, I was thinking the same thing. It should be mellow. I don't think 6 weeks will make me blow up like a :druggie:
 
I hear you, I think I was overly paranoid about people noticing big differences over short period of time

Ya you will be fine. Im all about gettin as big as I can as fast as I can lol When people ask me in the gym wtf Im on I just tell them food....seems to have worked so far. I think its because 99% of the people in there have no clue about dieting ;)

Nice, I like to tell people I'm on an all lettuce diet and when they ask what I bench "a good 125 at least"
 
Bro, u sure your 6'5" ?. . . Thats a decent little cycle. Im interested in that diet mang. Been researching fighters diets. Conventional bb diets feels "off" to me. How much protien u taking in from powders? I hate powders
 
i would recommend adding an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) while running the test. Generally AIs are recommend to be run with test cycles to avoid bloat and estrogen related sides, and in your case avoiding unnecessary water weight is probably that much more important in order to avoid attention secondary to drastic size changes. Especially since the size change caused by bloat is not really benefiting you much, as you will loose that water weight soon after coming off.

Yep, all of 6'5 bare foot. I'm not real into the powder either, I usually drink 100-120 gm/day split up 4 ways. I always drink just with water and tend to use mild flavored stuff like isopure, cant handle the real sweet chemical flavored stuff.

I shoot for about 200 gm/day or so total which is significantly less than I know alot of people do. I have supplemented as much as 250gm/day and really didn't notice much difference.

I'll take a look at that. Definately not into the water weight. My hope was that being vegetarian will help with some of the water weight that is typically associated with the cycles.

The reason I was asking is because on a smaller framed dude, that cycle/with your genetics might up throw a red flag. With your "bigger" frame ill think itll work out nicelly. Be ready for a decent body recomp though/haters at the gym noticing etc. I love me some Prop, i just hate limping around after! Gonna run same thing with Tbol... U got a good recomendation site/layout for them diets bro man? Get on that HCG/test bro ASAP due this right

You might not blow up much but there would still be differences that certain people will almost certainly notice -- SHRINKAGE. Six weeks of test will almost certainly make em shrivel. It might be a good idea to look into HCG or similar products that would keep em hangin low.

My diet has been pretty much the same for the last many years. Most days of the week is like this:

7am 30gm isopure, 1 or 2 tablespoon fish oil liquid (about 12 grams)

830 1/2 cup steel cut oats dry, 1/4 cup granola, 1/2 or 1 cup blueberries, rasberries, blackberries

1130 brown rice prob about a cup, 1-2 cup lentils, and veggies like brocolli, asparagus, cauliflauer and alot of it.

230 20 grams whey and some almonds

430 20 grams whey, BCAA's, glutamine

630 20 30 grams whey, more bcaa's and glutamine and grape juice

700 more brown rice, some wheat glutin which is textured protein, some call it fake meat. for 1/2 cup it has 90 cal, 4 carbs, 17 gm protein 1 fat, more veggies, some berries, grapes stuff like that

900 maybe pb&j sandwich, if trying to be lean will not do this, would have just more fish oil or almonds for the fat

1100 casein 20 grams prior to sleep

thats pretty standard for me. Not much variety. I'll go through kicks of sweet potatoes and some icecream binges every now and then, had one 2 nights ago.

Yea, ive been liking the HCG idea. It would suck to have my nuts go AWOL.. my wife and girlfriends would be like :wtf: that would suck ass
