OK veterans take it easy on a n00b

Ok guys and gals take it easy on me. These forums cover TOO much info for me to seaech. I just got my current suppliments, they include a bottle of 1000 mcg/ml of cyanocobalamin 30 mL (B-12), 1 bootle deca QV 300 (vet),
20 amps Winstrol (winny), 13 amps test cyp 250mg/vail, 10 vails primo depot 100mg/mL.
My problem....
I used to be in shape 3 years ago but have not hit the gym since. I was gonna start by taking the Winstrol (winny) and then cycle the other 3 after I have lost the wight I have gained. I am preety new to this "stack", in the past I have only taken test 200 (twice) and the gains I recieved were incredible. Never took deca or primo but I used Winstrol (winny) in the past to loose my gut. Currently I am about 40 lbs over weight (dont ask why damnit). But I am looking forward to hitting the plates really hard soon. Any help is greatly accepted.

winstrol 1 amp e/o/d starting on wk 3

For a beginner this is plenty. Eat big, tarain big and dont miss scheduled wrkouts.

Winstrol Is Not A Fat Burner!! what is the fascination some people have with winstrol? Myself i think its a terrible drug. not nearly worth its cost. and how did it get the stigma of being a fat burner?

I disagree. If he were to cycle anyway, which would be dumb on his part, then he should stick with the testosterone only. To do a stack when you haven't even lifted in three years is simple insane.

badomega: Glad to hear you are getting back into the game of lifting. Hit the gym, eat clean, eat lots of protein, drink lots of water and see yourself transform. The best of luck.
 
I agree that you really shouldn't bother cycling if you're starting from scratch. Your gains will be impressive even without any enhancement and if you do try it you'll probably sustain some injuries since your connective tissue right now isn't at all prepared to handle intense, heavy lifting and with any type of gear your muscle strength will far outbalance your ligaments. If you are going to ignore the advice of "Don't do it yet" then at least take mranak's advice and do test only.
 
This person should not even be thinking of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for quite some time.

First cycles should be 1 compound only......

I mean for Gods sake, this is as basic as it comes.
 
I think the rapid strength gains are going to put your tendons and joints at a huge risk of injury since your untrained at the moment. If you do decide to go ahead and cycle i would really watch the weight and stay at 10 to 15 reps. I would at the very least train hard natural a few months and get your muscles conditioned. Gear is really for experienced lifters who reach their natural limit or hit a long sticking point. Both of which take years.
