Do you perform this exercise? I'm talking about where you load up one end of a barbell and have someone stand on the other end to keep it in place. I'm not talking about the exotic, pussified T-bar row machines.
I just started incorporating this exercise into my routine once again. I love it. Loading the 45 lb plates up and just goin at it. Great mass builder.
