A friend of mine got on a Test only cycle using 600Mg per week Test Enth
Age: 42
Weight : 190 ( Was 200)
Height: 5'9
Work out : 6 hrs total a week ( m-w-f)
Training 3 yrs
Since on the gear he's toned up in the mid section but over all hasn't seen huge size and strength increases.
This is his first cycle btw,
meals -5 main meals
He's in week 3 right now, any ideas on the weight loss? Any suggestions for him to change?
