Gear:
1-3 30 mg D-Bol/ED (MILD Jump start cycle) [Naps]
1-15 600 mg/week Tren Enthanate [Supra/BDL]
5-15 50 mg Anavar (var) [DK]

Ancillaries:
1-15 10 mg Nolvadex (for lipid levels)
4-15 25 mg Proviron ED (Lower SHBG / Free Up Natural Test)

Herbal Support:
1-15 3 Grams/ED Avena Sativa (Free Up Natural Test)
1-15 1 Gram/ED Milk Thistle (Anti-OX, and Liver Detox)
1-15 500 ALA (Glucose Disposal, Anti-OX, and Liver Detox)
1-15 Mega Anti-OX's

NO NEED for Test as TREN actually makes me horny :D *

Just started HST Training....it's going WELL!!
 
No critique needed on that cycle. Looks perfect. I like the idea of running avena sativa and proviron together, should work very nice.

Goal: 220 @ 7-8%

Contrary to MOST members, I have NO desire to be HUGE (300 lbs) :p

I'm almost 32 bro......staying LEAN and "fit" with a moderatre amount of quallity muscle mean is my desire ;)

Damn, if you are starting under 10% bf, you should be shredded when the cycle is over.

What's your diet going to look like?
 
6 meals:

AM cardio
Meal I: 60 grams Whey/Casein Protein/low carbs + Flax
Meal II: REAL FOOD 60 grams Protein/low carbs
Meal III: 60 grams Whey/Casein Protein/low carbs + Flax
Meal IV: REAL FOOD 60 grams Protein/low carbs
Work out
Meal V: 60 grams Whey/100 grams DEXtrose
Meal VI: REAL FOOD 60 grams Protein/low - moderate carbs
 
Now that is what I call a very well thought out plan....all the way through. :D

If there was one thing I would change.....it would probably be to up the ALA a little. I would take 100-200 mg with all my low carb meals, maybe 400 with your dextrose and then 300-400 with the last meal (med carb one)

Nice damn cycle DRveejay......no wonder your recommending me to take 40-45mgs of B*G ed since your taking 50mgs yourself. :D Since you are a Doc and all, can't pull of any Aromasin and substitute it for the Nolvadex/Proviron?
