Bro, right now there is global control on customs. They didnt ship late they just learn the best method for your destination
This can change in one day , according to the news they hear.
In this business, these times can happen , but they are creating a very effective solution.

You seem way better , like 1 size bigger, also it seems your body fat is lower
If you consider you put 12 lbs , thats very nice . Good Work !
