Opinions on bridging

What do you guys think of bridging? With say Anavar (var) or Dianabol? I know alot of guys are against it.

I dont think its a bad idea depending...it really depends on where your development is at. Myeslf, I am way past my natural genetic limit, so when I come off, my body wants to shed size fast, so I bridge with Anavar (var). But if you arent at or way past your natural limits, then I dont think its necessary

Unless you are dependent on gear financially, i don't think bridging is necessary. I don't think the average person should be on constantly, especially since the average person bridges with an oral, and they are tough on your HDL levels.

Why not just say "not coming off". I don't have a problem with that so long as you know what the consequences are. However, don't kid yourself and think that you can take any AS at a level enough to really do anything for you without suppressing your HPTA.

Definately not Trevdog ESPECIALLY with Dbol. My reasoning for wanting to bridge is so I can diet down quick enough so by my next bulking cycle I won't be a pig. I am not sure about my bodyfat but my waist is at 36 inches and I don't want to look like shit year round. Let me tell you my position.
I have ended my 15 week EQ cycle and will be taking a little more than three months off (this will be Middle of January) If I diet now coming off cycle I will raise my already raised cortisol levels (hence the idea of 10-15mgs Anavar to spare muscle but still recover from my cycle) I would like to do one more bulking cycle before summer because I am not for the #$@%$ life of me not reaching my goals THIS summer. Last time I cut I lost alot of muscle so to fit in another cycle to get more size and be cut by May is going to be difficult. When my twelve week cycle ends it will be the middle of April so it would be hard to fit in a cutting cycle by itself (couldn't start another one until July) Sorry this is so confusing I am just trying to fill everyone in on my reasons for wanting to bridge. The only time to me it sounds right to bridge is if you are wanting to diet down while in post cycle therapy (pct) with a low enough amount of course. I was looking into IGF 1 LR3 for this "bridging purpose but the real stuff is hard shit to get a hold of and with no one using LR's IGF 1 I am not sure on it's effects. Again sorry so confusing.

By the way I heavily respect all of you guys that have responded so far and your opinions so I would like to hear more from you guys also.

I don't believe in it at all. Why pick the most potent and one with the potential for more side effects and HPTA shutdown steroids to bridge with? Use anavar, primobolan or winny.

That's what I would be using bro. I definately don't think Dbol would be a good "bridge" but due to Anavars low HPTA function (at low enough doses) I figured it would be fine.

I am in a similar position (i.e. coming off a bulking cycle with more BF than I want and knowing that I have to get even fatter because I will have to keep my cals up to maintain my gains from this cycle).

So what should we do? Is there no alternative to being fat until the next cycle and then just a cutting cycle to get lower BF when we'd defiantly rather cut between cycles and use our cycles for putting on muscle? I realize that keeping the gains lean during your cycle is probably the best answer but I was not able to do that for this cycle!

Ifrit, in your position, if you want to drop the bf before the next cycle, then a low dose of Anavar (var) might be your best bet. If you're taking 3 months off total, I would suggest doing the first one clean, no Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and dont diet, too easy to go catabolic. But then you could use say 20mg of Anavar (var) a day for the last 2 months, and combine it with a sane dieting strategy. I say sane as if you try to drop by too fast, 20mg of Anavar (var) wont be enough to stop you from losing muscle mass too

Sweet thanks Needsize. Jediclampet put it better than I could. Good luck on your cycle to gain that 15 pounds bro.

I'm one who doesn't believe in it.................

Ditto, as someone who has had enough issues with recouperation already, pushing it seems stupid IMO.

If you are really hoping to recover from your cycle, anavar isn't going to let you, even at 10 mgs. per day, which is a waste anyway.

IMO your only viable option that allows recovery is IGF. I can refer you to someone who will deliver the real thing, if you like.

Ifrit, Why do you need to bridge when the EQ you were taking you said was fake. If so there's no reason to bridge.
