opinions on dbol, spread out through day or few hours preworkout?

Hey guys,
Read a couple different scenarios, some take 30-40 mg few hours prior to workout daily and some say take 3-4 times a day spread out evenly to maintain levels from the oral. Opinions? Thanks
 
i just took it once a day before my workout..

im sure you get better stable levels breaking it apart evenly but your peak value is no where close to what it would be with one dosage..
 
I'v been cycling Dianabol every 6-7 weeks. Usually 5-6 weeks on, roughly 6-7 off. I generally don't go any higher then 50mg's a day. I used to take it throughout the day but it's a pain in the ass because i generally use liquid dianabol and it makes it pretty inconvenient, plus i don't feel like i noticed any additional benefit, so now i take the whole dose pre workout.

I'm going to do 40md a day 10 morning 20 before my workout 10 in the evening
 
Always wondered what the reason for people using orals pre-workout was. Do you guys find a great strength increase when using dbol/drol/etc. pre workout?

I would think there'd be more benefit in peaking the androgen levels post work-out and during sleep... When the growth actually happens.
 
I've always spread mine out just to try and keep my levels up. I do know people who swear on taking it as a pre workout boost.

Yeah I do the same, and always leave a dose for just before bedtime. I can see some benefit as a preworkout if it drastically increases strength, allowing for a better tension stimulus/more weight... but I would think the real growth would come during rest. Perhaps a 2x day protocol would be best? Spiking androgens pre workout and pre-sleep? Just a theory...

Totally agree.
 
pre-workout is fine if that's how you remember to take your dosage... but as a pre-workout "helper" it will do NOTHING in that regard

I've always taken orals in twice a day dosages... once around 11am, then again about 7pm...
 
Alot of good responses here and splitting them up looks like what its going to be to keep levels up. I appreciate all the responses, alot of different ideas and feedback.
