I have been training on my bulk a body part per day. After much research i think as im partially a beginner i shoud try a new routine. Here it is opinions would be appriciated.
Tuesday:
Bench press 5 x 5
Incline DB Press 3 x 8
Cable flys 3 x 12
Close Grip Bench press 5 x 5
Dips 3 x 12
Tricep Pulldowns 3 x 8
Shrugs 3 x 12
Wednesday:
Squats 5 x 5
Leg Press 3 x 8
Leg extensions 3 x 12
Leg curls 3 x 12
Calf Raises 3 x 12
Leg raises (Abs) 3 x 12
Crunches on a ball 3 x 12
Friday:
Deadlifts 5 x 5
Bent Over Dumbell Row 3 x 8
Lateral pulldowns 3 x 8 / Pull ups 3 x 8 (never tried them)
Military Press 5 x 5
Front raises 3 x 12
side raises 3 x 12
21's barbel curls x 3
Hammer curls 3 x 12
concentrated curls 3 x 12
