Oral LR3

I started it 3 days ago, doing it first thing in the morning, eating a half hour after I take it.

This morning BG 110mg/dl, I eat a half hour after administration of oral LR3. Did BG 2 hours after meal 93mg/dl and I'm starting to feel hungry again, so I'm going to eat something. After a week I'll do a full 3 hour wait and see if I go hypo. If I see something with the BG tests, I'll try it earlier.

Second BG, one hour after 108mg/dl, 2 hours after 104mg/dl, this is about 4-5 hours after my dose of LR3.

Tomorrow I'll do later meals to see what happens.

Wow, I took my BG 1 hour after my 2:30 meal, it's 89mg/dl. This is the 4th day. I'll take it agian in an hour to see where I'm at.

Theoretically, rALA "could" mediate a similar response. Hell, ANY insulin sensitivity agent could/would.

Okay I wasn't around yesterday, I 've been thinking about my staurday reading of 89mg/dl 1 hour after my 2:30 meal. Something must of went wrong, because if I was at 89mg/dl, I would of went hypo in the 2 hours that I waited to eat after that. I got side tracked, helping my wife with some things.

Todays 1 hour after my 2:30 meal is 148mg/dl, which is more like a 1 hour reading after a meal. I do my dose at 7:00am, so we're talking 7 anh a half hours after my dose.

Just curious, have you noticed anything thus far, as far as pumps, weight gain, fat loss, etc

Also, have you run igf-1 lr3 or hgh before?

Yes I've run LR3 IGF-1 a few times. I am 2 lbs up, got some nice pumps yesterday, in my forearms while doing a back w/o. My bi's got nice and tight to. I get painful pumps from injectable LR3, but it usally takes about 2 weeks before I get there.
