Interested to know the first usage of T? I heard that during WWII, some German soldiers were given T via dogs urine (extracted).

highly unlikely. Injecting exogenous test in someone that is not in a controlled environment would lead to LOW testosterone levels due to hpta shut down, and would raise estrogen levels. Unless low testosterone and high estrogen levels in german soldiers was why the germans lost the war.

test was developed in the 30s but was not used for athletic performance until the 50s, and even then there was doubt that it even raised performance. Again, simply randomly injecting testosterone will LOWER performance and will lower testosterone levels unless it is done consistently and in a controlled environment to get steady blood levels of test.

Sadly all military tests and practices are not disclosed nor where they back in those days so there is no way on knowing when the practice was started. I suspect that it was, as any well prepared force will do all that it can to get the edge on an opponent and giving them T and speed perhaps before they jumped out of a plane or did the opening scene of Saving Private Ryan, those guys knew they where going to get butchered and yet they got on board of those boats to met their maker running into hails of MG40 gunfire as soldiers dropped like flies left and right. There was no reg then on those practices to get an edge up so long as the war was won. Read Sun Tzu "The Art of War", generals have been doing it since the begging of warfare using other natural substances to get an edge.
