Panic attacks!!! Help!!!

I am on a sustanon 250 only cycle. I am taking 225mg e3days. everything was going great until last saturday. I woke up at 2am with the first panic attack in my life. Well i didnt have another one until last night and laST NIGHT WAS REALLY SCARY! it lasted for a couple hours now i am wondering if i should quit my cycle or what. I am 4 weeks in tommorrow and am haveing great success with this cycle. Has anyone ever experianced this if so what did you do?

Yes...I too suffered from these for years...
I m of the opinion that there are other stressor s in your life that are manifesting themselves NOW..ie a coincidence..
There are med s to control this but they are highly additctive..xanax, valium, ativan..use very sparingly..
The increased anxiety may be a factor but aas are not the root cause in my opinion there are others...and the aas may be feeding em...but I m no doc...
 
As Teutonic said, there are medical remedies for panic attacks. I have had these on & off for years, even when I was not on HRT. I tried Xanax and other prescribed meds but in the end, I quit them all as I felt they were bringing more problems than they were worth...

For me, a glass a wine and/or talking with my wife usually calms me down.

Since being on HRT, the occurrences are very, very rare...
 
Thanks, i really dont know of anything that would be causing them. I have never had any problem with anxiety b4 nor depression. I am gonna take a small dose of xanax b4 bed and se if that helps
 
xanax is top of the food chain for benzodiazepines..the strongest and works almost immediately...before bed..if your not having one may work but the half life is very short..I wish you well..
 
My first panic attack also happened during a sutanon cycle. The first time u have u think ur gonna die.

The first is the worst.

Revotril helps me out with anxiety but learning how to control it with the power of mind is the best advice u can give.

Its all in ur head, if u start to feel anxious put the thoughts away and do something that makes u comfortable...like wathing tv, playing guitar etc...
