I am having a big of trouble with my pecs.......i am more cut on the inside of my pecs in the center of my chest than I am on the outside of them......it is extremely noticable......any suggestions of what i could to do help target that area in my trainging
Doing incline DB flyes has packed on a lot of mass on my outer chest. Sometimes there is this pain in my bicep that feels like it is ripping my bicep out so I can't always do them unfortunately.
i alternate weeks with these two groups of lifts...chest really isnt an area i hav a good knowledge with as far as what lifts i can do to improve it...
