PEG-MGF or MGF or something else?

So here's my dilemma. My right pec is laggin'....laggin' a lot. It is just as strong as the left, however, when flexed, there is a noticeable cavity in the muscle, and when not flexed, it is smaller in size.

I've tried more dumbbells and cables to give it the isolation, without help from the other side....still now luck.

In looking at MGF, i would need to pin that immediately after a chest routine....not very feasible, as my workout routine ends with abs and my the time i'm in the locker room, it would be a good 15-20mins since the chest workout. Is that too long?...what constitutes immediately? So then I looked at PEG-MGF, coated in Polyethylene Glycol to extend it's life, can be pinned sub-q as a result. While this may help the laggin' pec, it would also help the other side, and i'd be in the same situation but maybe slightly bigger.

Any ideas on a good course of action on either of these or something else to consider.
