Very similar. TCF-1, phytotest, and dymatize z-force. Honestly I think most of the test boosters just give you libido support, I haven't noticed many gains from them, I will say that testofen products like phytotest I do notice some lean mass gains but only if I run them for atleast 8 weeks.

There are a lot of studies backing Fenugreek as well as 5-Methyl-7-Methoxy Isoflavone.
I have been using Fenugreek for years in PCT and remember a study I found long ago on how it has similar properties to silymarin as a possible hepatoprotective agent.

Ya, in terms of Ethanol, I haven't seen bloods in terms of AAS induced hepatotoxicity, but the potential is there. Interesting though...

Well, my diet is pretty low in calories and because of that im close to getting into the 290's. I have noticed that my temper is easier to rise and a bit more severe. Last night I actually noticed that. Aggression is goin up as well.

Libido and things associated with that topic have "increased". So has my appetite. Some wieghts and lifts seem lighter as well, so all in all good signs.
