hey this is my first cycle of enanthate 500mg per week.
i am 23 years old, have been training for 2years naturally and went from 130 to 158 pounds and my height is 5"8

the cycle has already began first week i had only 250mg to see how my body reacts to test. i will continue 500mg for 10 weeks
i am in week 3 and i weigh 163pounds now.

That's a 25lb gain in three weeks, From personal exp enth takes about 3/4 weeks to get into the system...So youe first inject was 250mg 2&3rd 500mg...Bro if you gained that much are you shure it's just enth and not a ent,prop or enth,tren ac mix...I,vve never heard any gains on enth like that a lone before it even activates the levels in your body...But all the power to U Bro..Keep us up dated are you p;anning on adding or stright, Enth...& how long do you plan on going for Remember post is very important to keep gains, If your nipples start to get scenctive I'd add some Ant-Est like ferma, or what ever you get your hands on keep your salt intake as low as possilbe (plus remember your tranning harder so proper rest and ditet is very important CANT STRES THAT ENOUGH ).....You might look at my profile and it my say Rookie, But Im no rookie to this sport....Do your info and ask questions & rember thnere are no stupid ones..just ask away....

Its ok hardcore33 i do it all the time..Its the juice man...I find when I am on gear I cant read for some reason.

week 1 - wed 1st jab jab 250mg
week 2 - wed 2nd jab 250mg
week 2 - mon 3rd jab 250mg
week 3 - thur 4th jab 250mg
so that puts me at the start of week3 i will be taking my jabs every mon and thur.

Keep the salt intake as low as possible? What for?
 
i have Genox which is similar to Nolvadex i belive. i will be using that for post cycle therapy (pct) and if gyno ( sensitive nipples occur ).

as for the salt is it because of the blood pressure?? alot of my friends recommended that i stay away from salt as much as possible.

i am going to the gym 6days a week trying to sleep more than 8hours a day
and i am a student so a 6meal diet is hard for me. so instead i have 3 very big meals

breakfest 4boiled eggs (2 without fat) 5 slices of bread some lite cottage cheese for flavouring or big bowl of cereal with a 1.5 scoop protien shake with water = about 37g of protien

lunch 200+g of mean in 4sanwhichs with lettuce and abit of lite myo.

2x apples

after gym 2 scoop protien shake with water = 50g protien 0 carb

dinner 400~500g stake, or chicken breast with mash potatos and veggies

10am meal 1scoop protien with water or can of tuna fat free.

i get a good 180g of protien a day
 
1 more thing i really feel the test working, balls have shrunk lol, horney all the time and if i do a really intense work out the day after i dont feel pain like i use to, is it because of the deca in the test enanthate? i am not sure about enanthate but i know that test sustanon250 has some deca in it

Really ???

You need to research more because honestly you don't have a clue as to what you're even taking. There is NO Deca (Nandrolone) in Sustanon. You do not even know the difference between an ester and a steroid, yet you start injecting. Good luck !!

Do you always listen and do what your friends tell you or do you sometimes use your own brain to think things through??!

I've googled "Genox", nothing came up.

Increase in blood pressure comes from many different things, salt isn't that much of a problem that you need to stay away from it. Salt is very important for the body.

Do everything in moderation, that means with sleep also. Everyone is different and everyone needs different amounts of sleep. Some people perform very well on 5hrs of sleep, while others need more. More sleep than you need doesn't mean it's better for you.


I see that you eat mostly protein, where's your carbs? And why would you cut out the fat from your foods also?

You should spend some time reading and learning on this board. Especially before jumping into injections. Good luck, you'll need it.

I don't know, you might wanna go with something else after reading these side effects.

Abnormal vaginal bleeding such as:

* Bleeding between periods
* Heavier than normal bleeding
* Bleeding after menopause.

thx stonecold i will do my research this weekend, i am actually thinking of doing Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for post cycle therapy (pct) as well as those Genox (Just hope i wont get any abnormal vaginal bleeding lol). This is what my friend recommended if i wanna keep most of my gains.

the research should precede the cycle, and you need to have everything on hand before you start. it may not be the most cost efficient practice (buying something to have it on hand just in case) but it's the smarter practice.

mid week4 gained another kg which puts me just over 167pounds. starting to feel real strength gains not just psychological.
