How is it? Im in my first cycle, and ive been hitting glutes with ease. I stopped getting pip after week 3 or 4.

My next cycle, im thinking about basing off prop, and i dont want to experience vms with prop. So if someone could let me know what its like like hitting delts for the first time?

Its not so bad it's where I prefer to inject its pretty easy as long as you don't move around a lot cause its a weird angel to inject IMO but as long as your are in and out steadily its fine.
 
Just Gita keep the needle steady. Try not to move it much I just shot my delt last week for the first time, would usually shoot the glutes. It was sore for about two days but nothing major. Looking forward to the next shot being in my other delt
 
My problem with delts is keeping a steady hand the prop leaves it sore for a few days but way better than quads
 
Delts are cake; use one hand to steady the elbow of the other. No shaking involved that way, so little-to-no pip. ;)
 
Left shoulder (right hand) is a breeze - easiest pin I do. When I do the right (left hand) I'm sure the inside of my shoulder looks like hamburger.
 
Stick the pin all the way in my friend...when you try and stop half way thats how you get alot of unessecary movement when your injecting causing more chances post pain after the shot..(lump,bruising,etc) 1.5 is fine all the way in..:}
 
I use a 22g 1" pin. I've got decent circles of hardened skin, but not scar tissue yet on my vastus. I started pinning my R delt as well just to rotate and also turn it to hamberger.

Next order I'll get 25's and maybe a larger pin for drawing.

yea man. Get some 25X 1 for pinning delts. It will be so much better. 22 is a fucking harpoon.
 
I've only ever pinned my delts, purely for the fact I sit down a lot at work and don't want to have a sore arse or partically want to walk about like a penguin from quads. I do enjoy delts first few times I had some major pip i think that was because I couldn't keep a steady hand though being left handed my left shoulder was always a lot worse pain when trying to do it with my right hand. Also I'd say it depends on the gear? first cycle I had no pain ever this cycle I'm in pain for about 3-4 days although it's easy to workout through

Have you ever tried pinning glutes? IMO it is the muscle that actually hurts the least.

Pinned my r calve last nite with 2cc for the first time. Wasn't bad. Little bit of pip.
