Pissed Off

after i've been working out these past few wks i thought my hip was all good. Now, after deadlift day my hip is starting to ache some. I'm SO pissed. ITs been over 5months since my injury and obviously i can't lift heavy weights anymore!!! :(
 
I year ago i pulled my sciatic nerve while squatting. I was pissed too man. I couldnt squat or do deads for a few months. While i wasnt squating...i would try to find workouts that were easy on the injury but still helped out as much as possible. A couple months later when i decided to hit the squats and deads again i started off VERY SLOW. I actually did rack deads until i felt comfortable. Injuries suck hardcore, but you HAVE to take it easy or you could end up being out of the game for a lot longer than needed. Sorry about your luck tho bro. :sad:

not to the same extent as when i hurt it. Its much milder, but just naggin enjough to let me know i'm not healed up, so had best back off some lest i make it worse.
the physical therapist thought at 1st i may need surgury cuz he thought it was a labrial tear or some shit like that, but thne after several months it seemed really good. Just took a long ass time and then all of a sudden like it got much much better just w/in a matter of a couple wks. Guess i'll just baby it some more :(

Are you lifting for comp or just lifting? If for fun just go slow.

just lifting. there was suppose to be a small meet this summer about 60miles from whre i live. I wanted to try that out cuz i thoguht i could do alright in it. But yeah, it is just for fun. Id like to do some comp. some day, but dunno if i ever will now. :(
