Please Help, Need advice for a women considering to start taking anavar

:laugh3: I need some advice on whether or not I should start taking anavar. I am 5'7 and 135 lbs. I have been toning up and have thined out over the past few months, but I would like to really tone up more. Ive been working out 5-6 days a week. I just am afraid of building a woman bodybuilder figure and am trying to get in shape for swimsuit modeling so I cannot get to bulky. Can anyone tell me if they recomend anavar, and if they do, what kind of dose I would be looking at, and any side effects. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP ALL YOU SEXY PPL :dance2:

from what I've read about Anavar (var) , use the least effective dose. they usually come in 10mg tabs...cut in half and take ed for a week. check your bf before you start and see if you have any measurable diff @ one week. up to a full 10mgs is usually safe for women, any more than that and your are taking the chance of seeing virilization. I've taken Anavar (var) for cutting and it is awesome...men can use up to 100mg daily...there is a good video on another forum..pm me and I'll give you the info.....good luck.

var, 5mg ed as suggested, 4 weeks. Take before and after pics and compare them. Take at least 4 weeks off before starting up again.

Are you working out and dieting properly? None of this advice will work unless you are doing that first. To just 'tone' you don't need drugs. Just make sure your nutrition and training is where it needs to be and you'll see changes pretty quickly. Besides, you might experience bloating which isn't good for self esteem when trying to get picture ready. Come over to the women's section with a full write up of your diet and we can help you tailor it to your needs.

I agree! Diet is KEY! I'm a girl on Anavar (var) and going on 4 weeks and love it! I eat clean and I push myself very hard. Anavar isn't a magic drug, it sure helps to get stronger and lean you out as well as it give you an amazing pump. Us girls will never get "manly" ...at least not with var

But yes, it does sound like your diet should be in full check and that alone will help you, you may not need any help from gear... stay hydrated and eat! :)
