Im starting my cutting (losing weight) diet. I think im lactose intolerant, milk just hammers my stomach. I am looking to lean out. Can someone reccomend me a low/no carb protein that wont taste like absolute hell when i mix it with water. Thanks a lot.
P.S. Preferably not too expensive too, im gonna be using tons of it.
