I was a mediocre athlete in High school, I wrestled and ran track, I always liked the training more than the competition. In college I lifted a little but mainly partied, after college I really got into weight training,because I always felt too skinny and I wanted to put some weight on my frame but in the past 3 years I have really made putting on mass a high priority- so I guess I am a recovering stick boy although I never was a stick boy.

As for me I started off doing karate when i was younger and that started me up on pushups and crunches. When i was in 7th grade i was doing pushups and crunches and doing light dumbell curls and some dubell work like flyes and some bench press in 8th grade. I didnt really know what i was doing but i was always into exercising. I ran track when i was 13-14 long jump and 100meter run and 400 meter relay. Then when highschool started i would workout mon-frid not doing legs and focusing on bench and curls (what did i know, iwas probably eating 3 times a day) Then my sophmore year came and i started drinking shakes and eating 6 times a day weighing my food eating mostly chicken and rice and cheating once a week, I was dedicated, and i was squating like a man. That lasted for about one year, then by the end of highschool i was neglecting legs and not eating right and i was only hiting the gym just to maintain, this lasted all the way to I would say when I was 20. From then till now i have transformed myself completly and have become more and more disiplined each day a little more. Basically last september '03 i was 150ish and now i am 185 of lean muscel and growing. Wish i knew what i know now back then, i would currently be so much bigger, but you live you learn.

I was a fatass in grade 11, 6'1 250lbs all fat.Diet,cardio and weights for two years to get down to a lean 170 10%BF.Now i'm 240lbs 12%BF just finish a bulker,and when i tell people i was a fatass in HS they don't believe me.
 
skinny 110 pounder who drinks, smoke, drugs, sex, doesn't sleep, doesn't eat right, overtrain and does 10 sets of 10 reps of kickbacks.
