Strength is definatly up. Did chest today and bench was higher than it's ever been before in my life. Entered my 3rd set on flat BB bench with 185(for 5), did 195 4th set(for 5),and ended on 205 and got 3 by myself and 2 reps witha little help. 185 was my record for repping, then I got 195 which was the most I'd ever done, then ended with 205 on my fifth set which is an all time high for me. Hit todays workout with some serious intensity. Havn't decided on legs or back for tomrrow. I'm not braggin about my #'s this is just the begining for me. Thanks for the criticism, it was what I needed.
