Popping the cherry!

Strength is definatly up. Did chest today and bench was higher than it's ever been before in my life. Entered my 3rd set on flat BB bench with 185(for 5), did 195 4th set(for 5),and ended on 205 and got 3 by myself and 2 reps witha little help. 185 was my record for repping, then I got 195 which was the most I'd ever done, then ended with 205 on my fifth set which is an all time high for me. Hit todays workout with some serious intensity. Havn't decided on legs or back for tomrrow. I'm not braggin about my #'s this is just the begining for me. Thanks for the criticism, it was what I needed.

Rougen, dont mind this dude. You received some criticism from some of us, took the criticism, and upped the intensity. I applaud you for not getting all defensive about it. Keep working hard and dont mind the haters.
 
Will be completing 15th injection within the hour. Did legs today, still ended with 275 on deadlift but my form was even better than last week. On the upside I ended with 225 on squat with superb form which a 40lbs jump from my last squat day, form is excellent, going bellow parrellel and loving it. My chest and front delts and lats are incredbily sore from yesterdays workout. Did jammers yesterday which I attribute to the incredible soreness of my lats lol. Will probably take tomorrow off. In the next couple days I'm going to get my exacty diet up, literally to the minute of the day for ya'll to take a look at. No matter what I seem to do, my left glute injection are always much more painful than my right ones. I'm sure my left ass cheeck is going to be fucking killin me tomorrow lol

Did my 16th injection last night. Weekend was pretty sloppy diet and rest wise, but I got all my meals in on sunday and a really good back session in on sunday. DB row has increased to 90lbs for 5 on my last two sets, and today I ended my 5th set of bench with 210 for 3 reps. Incline has gone up slightly aswell. Really happy with my strength results but I'm still get really sore from my sessions. I think I'll end this cycle/wrap this thread up when I finish up my 3rd vial of ambro.
 
Alright guys. This is the end for this thread. Weight went from roughly 183-192. My weights on compound lifts have increased from 20-60lbs(bench,sqaut,deadlift,BB row). Ambro is pretty good. Will probably give our old sponsor one last try before I give up on em' for ever. Thinking sustaplex unless I get my hands on some ambro test p. I'll be sure that my next log is different with more improvements. I want to thank everyone who followed me for there input, especially ya'll that gave me the criticism I needed.
 
That's the way to take it, I'm glad that we can share that mind set. I hate the people that come to the gym and lift for maybe 2 weeks without any good type of diet or lifting plan and expect to come out looking like arnold...LOL
 
I think that next time you need to get your diet right before you cycle, 9 pounds for all that gear isn't much. I got more then that from 20mg of dbol, 6 week cycle

Oh and I got some great advice from 3J in the diet forum, he told me about fitday.com it will calculate your diet for you, so you can see where your numbers are.

Waiting for the full effect is killing me! I injected yesterday....which is dumb I know I should of waited(flame on) I just had a plethora of time, so I was really able to sit down and get in a good injection. I'll be doing next injection sunday or monday. I don't know if it's the test or just in my head but I don't seem to be as sore the day after workouts? I like injecting is this weird?.........My first vial already only has about 6-7mL left and I'm already paranoid I'm running out lol anyone else get that feeling? I'm already putting money aside for a second cycle rofl! Around which injection should I be feeling noticible effects? 5th-6th?

Man after reading your lifts why the fuck are u on gear? Seriouly toy get strong first then when you reach your max u juice up. I have the test levels of a 90 year old man and i my lifts are more then yours. whats wrong with people these days.
