Pct for one shot into cycle? Sustaplex 325

Did my first shot yesterday 1/2 cc 22 1/2 g quad shot, didnt go smooth at all i cant even walk and i work a general labour job this is too much of a hassle right now! what is needed for pct in this sort of situation should i bother running my nolva?? any advice greatly appreciated! thanks guys!

no need for pct after only one shot...its not enough to shut you down and after the esters clear out your body will recover on its own

next time get 25g pins...i love em

Sust is known to be painful the first few times you shoot it. Why not go for the glutes...alot less painless.
