im going to jail on the 9th of march (long story) and im comming of my cycle two weeks befor hand i been taking Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) since half way true my cycle, is there any other way that i could do my post cycle therapy (pct) so i can have it done in time for the day, or will i just smugle in my post cycle therapy (pct) into jail,

Maybe someone will correct me... But after a 16 weeks cycle I don't think you're going to be able to post cycle therapy (pct) in that short a period of time. post cycle therapy (pct) doesn't even really start until 2 weeks AFTER your last injection.

If you're for some reason dead set on running up to 2 weeks before then about the only PCT you could do without some moronic scheme to try to smuggle drugs into a prison (lol good luck with that) would be a shot of Triptorelin day before you go in.
