Post surgery constant panic?

I had a septoplasty a month ago and have been having panic attacks daily all day since. Doc gave me Xanax wich curbs it but I a Drug test for a Gov job in a few days along with a stress test. I lowered my Test just before surgery and my E2 was at 48 then, test at 1079. All the pain meds and stress could have lowered my test more? Fri, I took 250iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and .5 liquidex and panic went away. Next morning panic came back I was sure it was High E2 took .5 liquidex but no help this time. I ordered labs to be drawn but won't get results for a few days. Any one got any clues or had a similar experince? I can't even leave the house panic is so bad. Any thoughts would be appriciated

I have heard from a couple other post similiar things. Its probably ur Aromatase inhibitor (AI) causing the panic attacks. Try lowering the dose, or switching to a different type. ANYONE else got input?

Actually I usually do not even need Aromatase inhibitor (AI) just keep it on stand by. E2 was up before surgey and I added Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) with a small cut back in Test. I went from 150 Cyp a week to 120 cyp a week with added 250iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2 times per week if that gives any more clues.

Got Bloods back today and Test dropped from 1079 to 749 and two doses of liqidex took E2 from 48 down to 8 and I feel shitty. What should I do? Deffinatley no more Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but way up on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or Way up on Test, up both or do I just have to ride this out?
