Post WO Bed Time.

I dont ever do ths and this one time isnt going to kill me. But I couldnt make it to the gym until late tonight. I got home around 10:30pm. Immediatly, I had a 50g protien 100g carb shake in water (carbs are malto/dextro mix). What is your thoughts and opinions on this - post workout shakes before bed?
 
I would try to eat again or have another shake before bed. But then again I have nightmares about cortisol and muscle loss....

lol, hahaha

I usually eat before the gym. I figure that meal + a post workout shake after hours is enough. I dont want to many sedentary cals wasting away or being stpored as fat.

Like tonight, I just ate chciken, brown rice, egg beaters (fake eggs), and a vegie mix all tossed up together about an hr ago. I'm leaving for the gym in a couple minutes. I wont get home until 10 something again. Then I'll have a shake in water and hit the sack.
