Pounding Heart, vomitting and can't drink water.

This my first Test E cycle at 400ml a week, I had my 1st 200ml shot on Mon and my 2nd on Thurs. Last night was my first night I was really hot and had to turn AC down 3 degrees cooler than normal. I've felt like I've had the test flu for days and sleep all the freaking time so I haven't had much cardio but have been training. I laid down today and my heart was pounding, even my girlfriend could feel it when I was lying up against her. I fell asleep and woke up with my heart pounding even harder and was dizzy. After really focusing on relaxing most all signs went away. I drank two more cups of water bringing me to a total of about 1.5 liters. Immediatley after drinking I vomitted a few times even though nothing barely came up, I felt as if my body was rejecting the water. I'm up about 3lbs water weight in last few days. What do you guys make of this? I also assume it's a possibility of anxiety attack but I don't think I had anything stressing me. I'm feeling better now but not hungry and literally afraid to drink more water. Could the water rentention be putting a strain on my heart? Sorry for the long rest guys, I really appreciate input on this as I'm not sure if I should take my shot tomorrow or hold off until I see what happens. I'm 160lbs 5'7 and started with 19% body fat.

think it could have anything to do with his blood pressure dadawg?

I checked my blood pressure and it was 132. Between 120-135 is about average for me so it's within my normal range. My pulse was around 82 which was also in a normal range. One thing I just thought of, I ate 3 meals of beef that was completely cooked and refridgerated; the meals were right at 7 days old. The beef tasted just the slightest bit sour yesterday but so minor I thought it may have just been in my head. I'm wondering if it could be a minor form of food poisioning and is more of what I'm leaning towards.

Has anyone else experienced that before? I'm 28 years old also.

The main purpose of posting this is to make sure it's safe to continue drinking lots of fluids and that the water rentention can't be putting too much of a strain on my heart, and most importantly to make sure it's okay to continue my cycle that the issues were mainly in my head or related to possible food poisioning. The only other piece of information I can think of is my calorie intake was around 2000 per day and about one month ago I got my diet back in shape and up to 3500-4000 calories. The last few days felt like a chore to force the food down. Could my body be trying to reject the food intake increase, should I just fight through it and it will pass?

Thanks again!!

7 Days !
I won't eat anything that is over 3 days.
I think that's your problem buddy.

You may have had a touch of food poisoning and anxiety. You can't reject test. You need it to be a man and increasing calories wouldn't make you feel like that.

Awesome, I'm going to continue then. I've never had food poisioning before because I've always thrown away refridgerated meats within 2-3 days until now; the guy who sells the meals convinced me they'll last a week and how many people are doing it. I'm good now, going to continue my cycle today as planned and not eat the meals past the 3rd to 4th day tops.

Thanks again for everyone's comments!

Every time I ever smoked pot I got like that. I began to believe I had a heart problem as well but finally one day when all my buddy's were smoking, I really wanted to and I smoked with them and they ended up having to take me to the hospital cause I thought I was having a heart attack. Got to the hospital and eventually they came in and told me that I was in great health and that my heart was fine and that even though I have never experienced anxiety in normal circumstances, I was having an anxiety attack related to using illegal substances. I was convincing myself that since I was using something considered "BAD" that mentally I was convincing myself that it was doing something "BAD" to me.
Your mind is a very powerful thing and can get carried away with you! Could also be a touch of food poison that ur body is fighting off!

And realize that we are not trying to convince you to continue with the cycle. If you feel something is not right then stop. Better to be safe.
