Pre workout Supps on a cycle...

I have used 1mr...NoExplode, The brock lesnar shit, and now i am on Razor8 and i am fucking loving it!

However, be warned...not for little dudes! You can take a full scoop, but don't drink all at once. I full scoop a 20oz bottle and add splenda for flavor. (bitter otherwise) and drink half 30 mins before i workout.

Then i drink the other half while i am working out. Shit is fantastic. IMO.

I also hit a scoop of glutamine, dymatize protein at 50g. and some type of carbohydrate pre-workout. Then i shake it again post, and eat something yummy...like chicken and potatoes...mmmm.
 
no xplode(its a waste), super dump 250, jacked 3 d, c4, now Weider nos x 10

i have to keep switching back and forth every 6 months since my body gets used to it
 
gakic is pretty good, but like all muscletech stuff the price makes it unattractiive... usually I just stick with a good strong cup of java and protein shake...
