pretty long cycle bulk/cut

I'm 23 6 ft 210 in pretty good shape don't know my exact body fat but but I'm pretty lean. This will be my fourth cycle.

Wk 1-10 750 mg test e 600 mg deca
Week 8 -12 running clomid novx
11-16 blend of 50 mg each prop/tren/mast
Then 5 weeks of Of novx and clomid

Please chime in I still concider myselfa newbie
 
Woah woah woah... Hold the pct until POST CYCLE not in the middle, u need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for while you're on, gonna want aromasin or arimidex for the first part and a prolactin antagonist like prami, bromo, or cabaser for that blend since it's got tren in it, then wait 10 days or so if it's all short esters and THEN start the clomid 50mg/day and nolva 20mg/day for at least 4 weeks each

Ok got the pct down now. What weeks and dosage should I take the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and pa? My other concern is a couple people told me not to take droll with deca because of gyno? ??
 
your cycle is all fucked up........................you should not be running any clomid or nolva during, and it is too short. :molepoke: and why are you going right into tren? need to pick 1 cycle and go with it.

Yea I guess I was trying to cram the two cycles together trying to get the cutting done during summer but naps has taken so long with the order ill stick with one cycle at a time
 
diet determines bulk or cut cycle add or subtract calories as needed for your goals.

i guess ill be trying a lean bulk i know alot of guys on here dont really agree with that but definitely dont want the bloat thru summer ima stick to a clean diet and decent amount of cardio
 
thats fine just make sure your protein is really high

im taking 350 -400 daily shakes are getting old trying to get alot more sliced turkey and chicken breasts but ive run out of recipes lol def no fried food shits making me extremely hungry trying not to break down and hit taco bell up on the way home

imo drop all the shakes man,try your best to stick to whole foods for your protein intake,i done that and switched to foods and had a lot better results in gaining mass,i just starting using more lean beef,chicken,talopia,chicken,albacore white tuna,etc...imo 3 shakes a day max,in the mornin i take a pro complex gainer shake with 1 cup of oatmeal,a whey shake post workout,and a casien shake at bedtime,jus a thought man

I agree, although I still drink 2-3 shakes a day. The more real food you get though the more you will gain.

Whey protein has some great properties for heart health, there are some studies backing this. This is even more important while on.

i dont see anything wrong with a " lean bulk " cycle. ive seen guys who REALLY REALLY watched their diet stay the same weight for 12 weeks on cycle and drop several % bodyfat.theres a big difference in having a beer gut at 220 pounds and having even a 4 pack of abs.

your dam straight lol thats been everyone of my cycles with the exception of 5-10 pound gains i really dont like the "extra pounds" im pretty lean to begin with but i know if i do a cut cycle i will look alot harder my first cut will be that mixture after pct from this cycle
