What are the ideal LH and FSH levels to shoot for?? I am going to get mine checked also and would like to know.

Not sure what the ideal numbers are. LH range is 1.7-8.6 and FSH is 1.5-12.4

My new protocol after talking to Chip:

200mg Test Cyp E5D
500 iu HCG day after test shot
Bumping Aromatase inhibitor (AI) from 2mg to 3mg every 10 days
25mg Danazol every day

This should help my LH and FSH and help reduce my estrogen a little.

yeah good job lowering the test dose and bumping the Aromatase inhibitor (AI). FSH and LH will be zero on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for the most part...thats what hcg is for...to do what lh would normally be doing...keeping your balls plump.

Hey CJ, my test dose is stilll the same at 200mg every 5 days. Chip and I just changed my HCG from 250 to 500 iu per shot and then increased my Anastrazole from 2mg every 10 days to 3mg every 10 days. Danazol is the same at 25mg per day.

o my bad i misread. well good to hear. dont get hung up on fsh and lh. lh is low just due to negative feedback kicking in, which even a lower dose could do.

Hey TR, I actually do take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) every 5 days what I meant to say what that as opposed to taking 2mg in a 10 day period (1mg E5D) Chip is bumping me to 3mg in a 10 day period so 1mg E3D so I can bring my estro from 52.3 to somewhere around 20-25. Sorry for the confusion bro.

I usually get E2 sensitive labs rather than the plain E2 from privatemdlabs. Ive read this is a better indicator for men..any input, cause the female hormone panel is cheaper with more measurements??

Yeah your right woobs. I did the female hormone panel because I'm only 6 weeks into my protocol and simply needed to make sure I was on the right track in terms of estrogen control. Luckily my estrogen came back at 52.3 lower than I thought but I'd like to see how I feel and look with my estradiol being around 25 or so. I'd like to get more detailed labs 3 months in or so but I think it makes sense during the dialing in period to get them monthly and for $50 you can't go far wrong with the female hormone panel.

What was your Rbc? I was on the same 200mg protocol with test over 1500 and my Rbc and all other blood related test were high. Kinda scarry. Chip and I decided to drop dosage to 150 as who knows what my levels are at 200.... I just know its over 1500. Coasting over 1500 is higher than I want to be, no telling how high it gets after injections.

My e was also a little high at 36, we're hoping if my test comes down It will too, along with all my elevated blood levels.

I have put on a lot of muscle the last 6-7 weeks, that's a nice side.

Sorry Cdy2179, I didn't notice that you had asked me that question. My RBC came in at 5.82 on a range of 4.10-5.60. A bit on the higher side.

I too believe I don't need 210mg E5D and was even considering halfing that doseage to see what happens to my numbers after 4-6 weeks.
