Doing rack pulls off of a bench is starting to become a problem cause every time I come down the bar shakes alot and I have to wait for a second for the bar to stop shaking..then go ahead with my next rep. Having someone else hlep me load and unload the bar becuase the bar has to be balanced on the bench doesnt bother me that much anymore. ( i am at the 475lbs range and i really dont know how muchmore this bench can hold either, considering strength is my #1 goal)
I workout at a university gym and I dont have money right now to go ahead and join a new gym (wish I did) And there is no power rack at my university gym nor will there ever be cause I have tryed talking to the director for getting a power rack but he doesnt bleive it is safe etc etc...just a bit ignorant is all he is.
My two options are this...
-Do rackpulls in the smythe machine
- Or do SLDL's in place of racks (though i do sldl's as my prosterior movemnet on leg day. so not sure about this)
