Ive been training for about 6 solid dedicated years now .Im 29 y.o , 5'7" . Train hard 5 , sometimes 6 days a week . 2 hours each day . When i started i weighed in at around 150lb . As of now im about 220lb . Doing it through slow bulks and adding body weight every year . Before this winter in about September i weighed in around 200lb . Currently running tren 400mg per week , Test 500mg per week and Deca 400mg per week . Up 20lb since then .Ive run about 5 serious cycles since i started . Im proud of where i finally am with my physique . I believe i am very close to my goal . My diet and dedication has been very strong and on point . I just thought id share . This is roughly my 6 year transformation . I do not compete , though it may be something ill consider one day . Thanks for taking the time to read this .

Outstanding progess. Wheels look great, nice round delts, all around impressive my man. Be proud without a doubt!! This is a great example of what proper training and diet and hard work ends you up with.

Diet and training, and I know your cycles have been pretty conservative too.

ATTENTION FOLKS LOOKING FOR SHORT CUTS:

This guy has proven that there is no such thing and I'm honestly floored with such an intense transformation. Not cheating himself, not skipping ahead, but HARD. ASS. WORK.

You make me proud to share the same boards with you brother. Many can learn from you and your accomplishments, seriously.
