This is my first bulking cycle.My goal is to get as big as humanly posssible.Ill b maintaining 30 calories for every lb of body weight.Downing 6000cals -7000+ will be hard.Being on anti depressants doesnt help with the appretite.

prop 12weeks - 150mg eod
fina 8weeks - 100mg eod
deca 10weeks 400mg (100mg eod)
femara powder - 2mg
HCG week 8-12
clomid -post

Yeh bro should have mentioned.Been trainning for 3 yrs now.Ive had one cutting cycle under my belt(dbol 20mg,prop 500mg 6 weeks)
 
Not sure about running Fina & Deca together, guess you'll find out real quick if you're susceptable to progesterone based gyno.

For a second cycle, I'd pick one but definetly not both.
 
I go test/fina.

I woul switch to an enathate just so you don't have to poke yourself eod for 12 weeks, but if you don't mind then prop/fina will do.

Or I would do this:
Test@500mg/wk 1-10
dbol@30-40mg/ed 1-4
 
Thnx for the replys.Ive already got this gear homebrewed so i cant switch over to another test.Im gonna go with the deca and fina together for now.I can stop if theres any sign of prog gyno.

I did my first injection earlier this morning.Had to pull out twice with traces of blood.Any ideas on how to make the veins,blood vessels etc more visible?Never had any blood last cycle when i aspirated..Also,im switching to havin the deca eod (100mg) with the prop & test so as to get all the juice in 1 syringe.
 
Five days into the cycle.Been feeling drowsy all day today.Pain on the left quad more severe than last injection there.Can hardly walk.Im breaking out all over my upper back also.

Workouts havent been more intense than usual with nomore than a few extra reps on compounds(as before the cycle)I have no feeling in the dick at all thanx to the femara.When should i notice strength gains from the prop?Thnx in advance.
 
First week complete.I gained 8 lbs even though ive been takin 2g femara ed.I found this strange.I made some decent strength gains on my delt workout yesterday.Also the small pea sized lump i forgot to mention has almost gone thnx to the femara!
 
Day 8 - Rest day today.I jagged my left quad without any pain.Last time out i couldnt walk for days.Im gonna increase my calories by bout 300 to 6300 in the nxt few days.
 
Day 9:

leg workout today felt really intense.i added a 4lb load on the squat & gainned an aditional 3 reps from last week!so im guessing 9lbs strength increase with same rep range.extra poundage on the staight leg deads,wide stance squat,&leg extension.fair to say its finally kickin in.on a negative not the dreaded back pumps have finally kicked in!

Its weird coz i felt really strange lyin in my bed the night before,like i felt the urge to lift weights at 2am,also my blood pressure felt more elevated than the days previous.Im also slightly short of breath at times,not sure if this is the gear or the high calory intake with bloat etc.
 
day 10 - bicep/forearm workout today.gained 4lbs strength on bb curls then on concentration curls & preachers my progress stalled.Same for the wrist curls & reverse curls.Maybe its time to change my routine,coz i was using these exercise for many months of cutting.

quad injection was a piece of cake.Im thinkin of doing the gear ed.quads and glutes should be more than enough to jag.also its more space to work with when aspirating with half the juice.
 
day 11 - REST DAY

day 12 - delt/chest workout.I shouldnt have lifted today.i didnt sleep well last night and this morning i felt kinda weak,have a cold,and a dry/sore throat.i managed to maintain last weeks strength gains for the delts but didnt bother with my pecs.

as of tomorrow im injecting ed and takin 2g femara eod.
 
I would at least add some more sites besides glutes and quads. Hit a site and don't revisit for at least 1 week
 
Ive not kepy this diary as extensive as i woold have like coz of the damn flu.Ive been takin things slowly last few workouts.Ill do the whole cycle with the shity feeling if i have to.

day 12 pecs - felt weak but gained some strength if that makes sense.

bench press - no increase intensiy wise but gained few reps from last week

db flies - stuck to 1 set here.gained 2lbs strength.felt like crap.

incline bench press - gainned 4 lbs on this exercise.
 
day 13 lats:

deadlift - lower back pumps where a killer here.gainned few lbs here with that weak feeling still present.It fu**in sucks.

close grip chins - i maintainned what i did previous time.Kinda pleased with that considering im a helluva lot heaver!

bent over db rows - the pump from this was amazing.gained an awesome 9 lbs with same rep range.What away to finish the week.That made my day.


I kept tossing and turning in my bed all night.had to get up to change my sheets with the damn sweating.The weak feeling & the colds seems to come and go thoughout the week.The injection sights have gone red and itchy in the last day or so.I think ill take the advice to take an additional sight to jag.
 
day 14 tris,abs:

close grips - Once again swept the flu aside and added some poundage.

skull crushers - first time back with these babies in quite a while.great burn and pump.Also a pb.Nice.

weighted close hand pushups - Always love finished with a few sets of these.great pump as always.

crunches.felt like dying before these.felt amazing after 2 sets.i always do the twists in the same set.Burned my abs good.
 
day 15 - REST

Im holding out in increasing my calories to 6500.Been feeling sick as hell and im having to wash every single mouthful of food down with water.Ive not been hungry in weeks!Christ this is hard.

The lump under my right nip i managed to shrink with the femara has hardened up slightly.So it certainnly aint gonna go away i dont think.I can live with it though.



day 16
legs - i was dreading this workout all week.The flu beat me tonight.I loaded the bar on to my back to squat but didnt feel right.i did 1 rep then nearly capsized in a heap.Ill try again tomorrow.

On a positive note i gainned an awesome 9lbs in the last 10 days.That takes me to 228lbs.I realize this is mostly water but it feels awsome all the same.Also i think the tren is helping to keep fat gain to a minimal.
 
day 17 legs:

squat - i managed to get 1 set in.same weight/reps as last week

wide squat - this was more like it.great pump and burn with 1 set.gainned 4lbs strength.

straight deads - i knew i was gonna struggle with these.grip strength has went downhill with the flu.i could only manage 1 set.few reps less than previous workout.

leg curl - 8lbs increase on these!yet again 1 set only.a few injection sights where startin 2 pulsate,but it felt good gettin the last few reps done.

calf raises - few more lbs than previous,weight wasnt a problem for my weakened grip thank god.



Had more nose bleeds than usual today.i used to get em on a regular basis as a kid but this is just nuts.i might have 2 stuff cotton wool up my nostrils 24/7.not a good look.
