prop/tren/mast etc 16 week ride courtesy of AML

fasted weight this morning - 226... so I got no idea what's going on hahaha

I'm just gonna keep to it, not care about weight, just get leaner and fuller... carbs will come and go, but I think that's just what my body needs (kinda like how I used to think of women lol)

4 boiled eggs and half a bagel this morning

then it was legs...

smith machine squats
ham curls
leg extensions
leg press (single leg)
seated calf raise superset w/ standing calf raise
smith machine squats (2 sets of narrow stance, higher reps as a finisher)
cardio

chicken w/ cucumber, cheddar cheese and some raisons in a bowl with a bit of balsamic vinegar, and a diet ginger ale
 
scrambled eggs with some oatmeal this morning...

then it was off to the gym for mixed bag of tricks... shoulders, bit of chest, bit of back

had a good one considering I was gonna take a day off... feeling full and strong after adding just a touch of carbs to the diet, and still as lean as ever

chicken w/ cucumber, cheddar cheese and some raisons when I got back, will be some greek yogurt with a some mango in a couple hours, then chicken w/ sweet potato later on

just a note...

I'm now doing everyday injections of test prop, tren a, mast a (50mg, 50mg, 50mg) instead of EOD on the recommendation of 3J... been doing it like that a week now, and feel better... thanks bro

Skull crushers on incline bench
Wide grip pushdowns
Dumbbell kickbacks
Triceps extension machine
Barbell preacher curls
Alternate dumbbell curls
High cable concentration curls
Machine preacher curls
Dumbbell concentration curls
Cardio

Same portion of scrambled eggs and oatmeal when I got back... Greek yogurt with some mango a couple hours later... chicken w broccoli later on

Will do some light legs tomorrow morning

greek yogurt with some mango when I got back... made a meal of chicken w/ cucumber, cheddar cheese, raisons, and balsamic vinegar for a bit later
