prop/tren/mast etc 16 week ride courtesy of AML

weight was just over 230 this morning at the gym... so I'm holding on to a good amount of lean mass while still leaning out

chicken w/ cabbage for the next meal, then it will be off to the gym for a back session...

smith machine bent over rows (yates style)
close grip pull downs
t-bar rows
behind the neck pull downs
cable pull overs
cardio

chicken w/ cucumber and a few raisons when I got back, will eat that again a bit later

rest day tomorrow, then will hit boulder shoulders on Wednesday ;)
 
rest day today

started off with 5 boiled eggs and a piece of toast in a bowl... will be on the go most of the day so will do my best in get in some quality food, if I can find it ;)

next meal was chicken w/ cucumber, a few raisons and a couple spoons of rice (haha, yeah need some carbs to have a big shoulder day)

will hit shoulders, then it's be chicken and cabbage
 
Do you feel the propionate and tren yet? Curious as I have some to try. Are you getting tren side effects?

feeling it yet? haha... of course I am, been on those compounds for nearly 2 months now

as for tren sides... they come and go... night sweats here and there... and the nasty tren cough every once and a while... but all is good... leaner and stronger

looking damn good for 40 ;)

standing alternate dumbbell raises
rear delt machine
smith machine presses
smith machine shrugs
cardio

chicken w/ broccoli when I got back, tuna w/ tomato a bit later

legs tomorrow

hamstring curls
leg press
standing calf raises
cardio

chicken w/ cabbage again when i got back, will eat 4 boiled eggs for the next one

arms tomorrow, but could be on Saturday as will be taking the little ones out for Halloween ;)

after a barrage of sugar last night I was back at it this morning...

5 boiled eggs and 2 rice cakes for breakfast... then it was off to the gym for some chest and tri's

incline dumbbell presses
incline barbell pause presses

old school chest press machine
incline bench skull crushers
rope pushdowns
wide grip pushdowns superset w/ dumbbell kickbacks
fly machine superset w/ chest press machine
cardio

chicken w/ sweet potato when I got home

was up early, had my 6 boiled eggs and a piece of toast... then it was off to the gym for a 1-hour shoulder attack that went like this;

standing dumbbell laterals
smith machine presses
cable front raises
rear delt machine superset w/ old school shoulder press as a finisher

bowl of beef stew when I got back (beef, carrots, celery, mushrooms, few potatoes, and a bit of cheddar)

then it was out to Costco for a good amount of shopping... when I got back it was a bowl of greek yogourt w/ some mango and half a banana

it's noticeable that my carbs are going up slightly, but I think I'll be able to handle it ;)

I noticed you upped your cars a bit a few days ago when reading your log, why the change of pace? Man you been so low for a while now your gonna fill right out!! Is that the plan?

might fill back out a bit, get some strength back, won't be going much over 240 though... low 230's now

I'm still gonna stick to the low carb thing for the most part, but will start adding the odd sweet potato and a bit a fruit with greek yogourt here and there
