pre-workout meal; chicken w/ some pieces of cheese and some raisons
wasn't sure how well leg day was gonna go... but got to the gym and joined a couple guys for a good one
leg press
ham curls
barbell bench squats
leg extensions
leg press (one leg at a time)
seated calf raises
cardio
chicken w/ a bit of corn when I got home... chicken w/ some cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of raisons later
arms tomorrow
