wasn't sure how well leg day was gonna go... but got to the gym and joined a couple guys for a good one

leg press (one leg at a time)
seated calf raises
cardio

chicken w/ a bit of corn when I got home... chicken w/ some cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of raisons later

arms tomorrow
 
was up a bit early today for a dentist appt... had a quicky breakfast of 3 eggs and a piece of toast

next meal will be chicken with a bit of cheese and some raisons in a bowl, then will be chicken w/ tomato, broccoli... after that it will be off to the gym for arms

cable curls superset w/ v-bar pushdowns
standing alternate dumbbell curls superset w/ close grip barbell presses
preacher machine curls superset w/ rope pushdowns
standing alternate hammer curls superset w/ wide grip pushdowns
concentration curls superset w/ dumbbell kickbacks

chicken w/ tomato, broccoli and two eggs when I got back... chicken w/ some green beans later

rest tomorrow, chest on sunday
 
just about to get my eggs and toast into me... then it's off to the gym for chest. Should be a good one after a full day of rest

Take some green beans boil them to desired tenderness. Heat up a frying pan. Put green beans in there with some thinly sliced red onion and minced garlic and cook that up a bit to let flavors marinade. The BOMB bro. I think itd fit your diet too and lots of flavor

felt like a bag of poop all day today, but did manage a 40 minute arm workout in the afternoon... something is better than nothing I guess ;)

Too much prami? (joking...but that took me out for a whole day a few years ago)

I won't go near that prami crap... don't believe in the paranoia of progesterone... at 350mg of tren it would be funny to even consider that stuff

I think it was near-puke leg workout yesterday that put me in the state I was today... but I'll be fine tomorrow with a full rest day... back at it for chest on Sunday ;)

old school machine presses
machine flyes
incline barbell presses (pauses, it's surprising how heavy you can make 135 feel on these)
incline barbell presses (all I had left was enough for 65's, 4s x 8r)
machine flyes again
machine presses (2 higher rep sets)
cardio

chicken with cabbage soon, will eat that again in a few hours... then will be tuna concoction later on
