shoulder session:

standing dumbbell laterals
smith machine presses
seated dumbbell laterals superset w/ standing dumbbell raises
rear delt machine
smith machine presses (few sets of higher reps, 15-20, as a finisher)
cardio

chicken/cabbage when I got back from the gym, will eat chicken/broccoli in a couple hours, tuna later on
 
rest day today...

same ol' breakfast of 6 boiled eggs w/ a piece of toast in a bowl

second meal will be steak w/ cabbage... probably chicken w/ broccoli for a couple meals after that
 
bunch of scrambled eggs this morning with a bit of cheese, 2 slices of tomato and a cup of coffee

ground beef w/ red pepper and broccoli for the next meal... legs after that
 
I'm starting my 2nd Tren Ace & Prop cycle in a couple of weeks. I pretty sure that my diet was short on overall calories. I never bothered to count them exactly but I am certain that I took in enough protein at least.
 
China.... Kudos to you for your hard work. Real quick Q: Do you supplement with Whey protein powders?

not when I'm leaning out, when I'm back to my bigger weight of around 280 I do... now I like to stick to chicken, some beef and eggs as my protein sources
 
decided to take an extra rest day this week, the 2 days in a row away from the gym will recharge me for a good leg session tomorrow

diet has been good today... ground beef with red pepper, cucumber and tomato x 2 meals... one more meal for tonight will be chicken with cucumber

Chicken and cucumber is the bomb man. I ate it cold the other night, but I threw a little bit of coleslaw dressing on it so it was like a cold chicken salad.....tasty.

chicken w/ cucumber in a bowl with a bit of hot salsa... been my go-to for a few weeks now ;)

aiming for a good leg day after 2 rest days, pumps should be heightened

Been dying to try AML's anavar. Planning an anavar only cycle. Heard AML's anavar is one of the best in Canada.

strength gains are there, but minimal as I'm restricting carbs quite severely... AML's gear is second to none in Canada for sure, nothing but good things going on in my body right now ;)

if you are female, "anavar only" is a great way to go... but if you are male, "anavar only" is a very poor choice... make sure to run at least a low dosage of test (75-100mg of test prop eod would work) if you do decide to run var

and for the var, run at least 60mg ed, 8 weeks with the test prop would be a nice run

leg workout:

leg extensions superset w/ ham curls x 5 sets
leg press x 5 sets
leg press (one leg at a time) x 3 sets
cardio

didn't really have it today, but fought through and finished the workout

chicken w/ eggplant when I got back

tuna w/ cucumber and tomato later... arms tomorrow
 
another good training/eating day... hit the arms hard for an hour then out.. tomorrow will be doing some detail work, some shoulders, a bit of back, calves, abs cardio

will check my weight in the morning, pretty sure I'm 230ish

Saturday morning breakfast; the usual 6 boiled eggs w/ a piece of toast in a bowl

gonna do a superset workout for arms today... 3-4 exercises for each muscle, 3-4 sets each
 
arms went like this:

standing alternate dumbbell curls superset w/ v-bar pushdowns
preacher machine curls superset w/ smith machine close grip presses
concentration curls superset w/ rope pushdowns
standing close grip preacher curls superset w/ kickbacks
 
lighter breakfast this morning... 3 eggs, piece of toast

chest workout:

fly machine superset w/ old school press machine x 5 sets
incline barbell press (pause presses) x 5 sets
smith machine flat press x 5 sets
fly machine x 5 sets
pushups x 5 sets (could only get 4 on the last set so must have been a good one)

chicken and spinach when I got home, will eat that again in a couple hours... then roast beef tonight ;)

back tomorrow
