These days everybody have its own perception and we can't change the perception of any person.Just tell me the Proper age of the body building with solid illustration.

You really raise the good question. In my point of view the proper age of the body building is 18-25 because this is a growing age in which your muscles grow rapidly.

IMO: I would say your at your peak for BB (w/AAS) 30-36 years of age. Metabolism slows down making it easier to pack on weight. Test levels are still naturally moderate. I have seen many BB's that started late in life late 20's early 30's and within a few years they are monsters. Just my own thoughts though.

hi
dear you raise a good question about bodybuilding. In my opinion the proper age for the bodybuilding is 17-27 years because this is a growing stage for a person.

The proper age of body building is 17 to 25 after 25 just do workout to maintain the body.

In my opinion it should be 16-18 years is good age . where our digestive system and body hormones are on top . At this point of age our body easily adjust according to we need or want to be .....

Well guys the best age for the body building is 19 to 30 years and this is a ideal age for the bodybuilding and after this age you just maintain your body shape.

I think these young ages are all great times to build a good base and begin bodybuilding. But all of the top level competitors don't begin to look like monsters till there 40's. Hell Branch Warren is 36 and Jay Cutler is 38.

I just think with the current level of competition it takes that many extra years to pack on that much mass. It's kind of funny how the top level guys use to be so much younger than now.

i agree with you, i think it takes a certain amount of years to truly understand and master how your body responds to certain diets and exercise, and so alot of the best bodybuilders are in their mid-late 30s.....

However, I also think those same guys have been cycling since age 18 and have been slowly increasing there doseages and adding more extreme compounds (hgh, slin etc) each cycle. Obviously all speculation, but i'd be shocked if a pro like cutler said he used more gear when he was 19 than when he was competing for the olympia.

Realistically though, if a person were bodybuilding 100% natural, i would say most people reach their peak in hormone levels around the age of 21-25 and decline after age 30.

Thats a good question a controversial one but a good one. I would think bodybuilding could be started when puberty was reached.

In this word of new technology everyone want to make your body like wrestlers.Everyone look others and change his attitude.Body building should start from the age of 20.
