Pukin after Squat/Leg Press

Ever since a major car accident I have had a problem with vomiting after heavy leg exercises such as squat and Leg Press. I don't have this problem with deads or anything else. My sis (an MD) thinks it may be a hiatal hernia... I was wondering if anyone else on this board has the same problem or if they have any suggestions as to what else may be causing the problem. Due to insurance (lack of) I have never had this diagnosed.
 
1st off sis should hook you up and check you out even if you have to do some chores for her to pay her back or something . try not to eat to soon before lifting , wait at least 2.5-3 hours after your last meal before squatting/leg press and be very selective what you do eat then , lay off greasy foods and stick with complex carbs and protein and i would also consider throwing in something to help you digest the food faster like bromalin or papaya enzymes from the local health food store
 
I been there Rules. Ive puked many many times after squatting. The only thing that seemed to help the situation for me was changing what and when I ate (see dadawgs post) and time. Eventually I think my body just adapted to squatting and for whatever reason, I no longer have this problem.

i get sick almost everytime i do legs. i always unlock the outside door and clear a path to it before i start. =0)
