the bar never touched your legs til you locked it out. this means you losing valuable leverage. sit back and pull. drag the bar up your legs. you got enough stength to pull 600. and lose those baggy ass black ass pants. esp on deads and squats. it makes it hard to see the form.
your kness locked out a little early too. if you wanna be picky. you wanna try and time thehips and knees to lock out at the same time. or as close as possible.
but over nice pull. looked smooth and strong. esp for a tall guy.
