Question about amount to draw from vial

Ok guys. Got my 15ml vial of test e. It's says 250mg/Ml. If I am doing 250mg twice a week as recommended by many of you. How much do I draw from the vial if my syringe is in cc. Thanks for all the help.

draw 1cc each time you do a shot

do a shot 2x a week

Greazy, I hear ya!!! Lots of new guys hear cant dish it. I see you guys rip on them all the time. Its all good. I have another question. I have a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) liquid kind and was wondering how much and often to take. Its says 1mg/ml or something like that on the vial. its a dropper style. I have it put away right now and cant take it out to look at because of the family sitting here. thanks.

its from Victus laboratories. Not sure the full name. I need to go get the bottle and check the name. How can I tell the amount if it is in a dropper? I think it is a arimidex. But the name is longer than arimidex

i wouldn't start at .5mg eod.. i would start at .25 ed.. let it slowly build up.. and i wouldn't take it the first 2 weeks of cycle...

ive personally never heard of them but you can either keep it on hand incase of estrogen sides.. or just run it during cycle.. some say start at beginning of cycle.. some say 3or4weeks in.. and some say dont use it unless needed.. its all in your hands what you choose to do with it.. if you want my opinion im using aromasin "exemastane' and running it from week 3 all the way through pct.. @ 12.5mg eod

.25mg is fine also.. that would be 1/4cc..
