Question about dbol dose timing.

I was wanting to get some advice on dbol dose timing. I will be front loading my next cycle for 5 weeks with with 30mg and then upping to 40mg depending on how my body reacts. my question is about timing during the day. i wake up at 6am and usually go to the gym around 6pm at night. i was planning on 10mg upon waking 10mg around and the last pwo. once upped i was going to go 10/10/20. am i missing anything?
 
30yrs 5'5 180 lbs @ 18%bf
this is 3 cycle first two were test only and were last year

Dbol 30-40mg ed wk1-5
Test e 500mg wk 1-14
deca 400mg wk 1-12
cialis 10mg ed
adex .25ed or as needed per bloods
prami .5mg ed
leotro if needed
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/75/50/50

Adex at .25 ED is on the high side. Be very carful and stay on the E2 lab work. If you start to feel lethargic lower and see lab. Word of caution Good luck
 
The best way to do it imo is take you daily dose and just divide it evenly throught the day. Taking it every 4 hrs is optimal to keep blood levels stable as its half life is 4 hrs. One more thing, id just start with 40mg per day man.
 
ya just start at 40 instead of bumping it up. i've only used dbol once @40mg/day and I would take 10mg in the morning, 20mg pre workout and 10mg in the evening. Worked well, but nothing to compare it to.
 
Add in HCG while you are one cycle. Deca especially shuts you down hard and fast.



Mega thats 1 more thing i forgot to add i was going to do HCG 250 mwf during cycle.

So if i wake at 6am and wo out 6pm you think it should be 10mg at 6am 10mg 4-5 hrs later and 20 pwo?
 
i don't see a problem with that. I don't know for sure if there's any "real" benefit to taking the larger dose pre workout but it certainly will not hurt ya!

and usually PWO means "post" workout, not pre. just for future reference lol. Good luck my man
 
I just completed four weeka on 30 mg. Dosed it 10 in the am upon waking and 20 one hour before workout. Got great results. Some days I would just do 30 pre workout and had such killer pumps.
 
10mg when you wake! then say another 5hrs later another 10mg, 5hrs later another 10mg and then one before u go bed.. 40mg dbol per day is a perfect dose!

half life is 4-6hours but after them hours you still have the drug in your system but yea i say every 4-5 hours
