question about Winny

in the beginning...
Hey everyone. New here, and new to AAS.

I'm currently doing a cycle of Winstrol (winny), in my fourth week and was advised to do a 12 week cycle with a 2-week break in between (so 2 6-week cycles). I'm currently taking 25 mg/day, which I know is a high dose, but so far haven't noticed any negative side effects other than joint pain.

I've definitely noticed a significant increase in my strength, and have been putting on muscle (yay!). I would also like to use this to cut. Do you ladies have experience with winstrol as a cutting agent?

It was also suggested to me to perhaps stack this with Clen...what are your thoughts?

In addition to this I am currently on a keto diet, and doing well with it. My body doesn't do well with carbs I have found through experience.

Any tips, advice, etc. would be great, much appreciated!

I've never tried Winstrol cause I worry about the neg. side effect especially in regards to male charaterstics, and the higher muscle mass gains (I prefer a more lean body mass look). However I do cycle var and have found it a great addition in my cutting cycles, I stack Var with Clen and T3 - Var 8 weeks, Clen 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off for the entire cycle and T3 used only on the 2nd clen on cycle for 2 weeks. I use forged burner opposite clen. I dont expect Var or Winstrol (winny) or any AAS to actually cut fat. But AAS's are great for holding onto your muscle during a cutting cycle.

I never suggest Winstrol (winny) to a female. It was invented when the russian girls were killing it in the Olympics and they reported masculine side effects.

I think this happens because winstrol, when taken orally, lowers SHBG up to 40%. SHBG is a protein that attaches to testosterone rendering it useless. Even though women have a very low amount of testosterone, lowering SHBG that much would increase their free testosterone dramatically, and this is the testosterone that we use, both men and women.

I think this is responsible for the androgenic side effects that are commonly reported with women.

thank you, thank you.

I'm just about wrapping up my fourth week, and haven't noticed any negative side effects as far as androgenic changes. The only side effect I have experienced is the increase in joint pain, but I'm remedying that with joint supplements and just being vigilant not to do any high impact activities.

I'm keeping a close eye on myself and certainly if any androgenic effects present themselves, I will discontinue, but so far, so good.

I will go through with my full cycle but next time (if I decide to continue with AAS in the future), will consider anavar...though is all goes well with winnie, I might be ok!

I want to run for 12 weeks, would you suggest I go straight through or do a 2-week break in the middle? Both have been suggested to me.

Thanks for all the help! Appreciated!

Due to possible liver damange you shouldnt exceed 8 weeks. And especially since this is your first cycle, I would stick between 6-8 weeks. And since your dose is over 2 times the recommended dose for a women (5-10mg) I definetly wouldnt chance going longer than 8 weeks. Also you should get your blood levels checked (liver especially) once you finish post cycle therapy (pct) to make sure there's no problems. I wish you luck, glad your seeing results and no noticable neg. sides yet.

Yes, I realize my dose is very high for a woman. My first two weeks were at 12.5 mg/day (I have 25 mg tabs, so half tab), and then I built up. After today (end of week 2), I'm going to go back down to a half tab...I haven't really noticed a huge difference between taking 12.5 and 25 as far as positive results and performance is concerned.

I have been taking liver supplementation as I understand Winstrol (winny) is tough on the liver.

I will finish at 6 weeks, then take 2-4 weeks off, get my blood levels checked, and then see about doing a second cycle of 6 weeks.

And yes, this was a man who suggested it, and he has worked with women and AAS before. Still, a woman's body is very different.

I'm glad I found this forum and am able to speak to other women about this subject.

only a minute? :p (57, 56, 55, 54...........9, 8, 7)

you're right. I shouldn't switch the dosage up so quickly. Just see what happens.

I've heard it takes 4 or so weeks to notice any results...would you agree?
