Question on weight training

I am taking a stack of D-bol and Ultadex(50-Tren, 50-Mast, 50- prop)

What kind of workout schedule should I do with this stack?

Depends on what your goals are. Diet, age, etc. also play a role.

Also what was your workouts prior to stack?

Personally I like to isolate body parts and do a hypertrophic workout when first starting a cycle to minimize joint injuries. Later I switch to strength then to isometric.

Of course without solid info about you I am just shooting in the dark.

You should do the research workout where you research before asking questions like this. Your putting serious drugs with serious effects into your body and you dont even know how to train? No disrespect im just saying you should be a little bit more knowledgeable, this isnt $19.99 creatine.
 
By the way, this response was not based on just this post but your previous post where you asked members to tell you how many times a week you should inject...based on your weight. This shows me you have done little to no research.
 
well, actually I did do research and kinda knew the answer but I am taking this stack very serious and just wanted some input on some experience people. I should of been more detailed, I was thinking of doing a real hard two day workout with heavy weights and small reps. and hit all my muscles in two days. When I did the Sustanon (sust) 250. I spread it out and worked out 5 days. I am looking for bulk during the winter with this stack and going to do a cutter stack in the spring and be done with a total of three cycles.
