well, actually I did do research and kinda knew the answer but I am taking this stack very serious and just wanted some input on some experience people. I should of been more detailed, I was thinking of doing a real hard two day workout with heavy weights and small reps. and hit all my muscles in two days. When I did the Sustanon (sust) 250. I spread it out and worked out 5 days. I am looking for bulk during the winter with this stack and going to do a cutter stack in the spring and be done with a total of three cycles.
