Question with possible gains to max w/o AAS

Give you some little info..

In bootcamp I went from 127 at day 1, all the way to 177 at week 6. Lifestyle consisted of 3 meals per day always with every meal I had 2 cups of choc milk, and 2 bowls of raison bran cereal. At the end I would usually eat at least 1 apple with multple packs of peanut butter.

Some may tihnk I am over-exagerrating but I promise I am not.

We never got to use weights, only push-ups/running/marching/sit-ups/leg lifts/occasional chin-ups (and while i had free time from stupid shit I would find places to incline push-ups like putting my feet up on the window seal)

Now givin, if I went back to somewhat similar lifestyle of pretty much seclusion, and better meals, and this time using wieghts.. What could I possibly become in the same maybe a little longer time frame?


Than, maybe a cycle or two of test e and dbol? Just wondering what you guys *think* I have as body build wise, what some of you experts, could give an educated guess as to what I could do?


Family history, cherokee indian, mostly tall (athletic to slim build) I myself am 6'1"










(btw quick random questions, last night I was doin my normal midnight snack of a bow of rasion bran, but I ended up gorging, and i litterally ate the whole box, from just opening the package to emptying the contents.. how bad is that dietery wise?) lol

Oh and btw, I had very.. VERY little bodyfat.. prob the most fat went to my face getting bigger instead of sunken in at the cheeks..
 
yea, that's about 10lbs a week..

without gear.. u'd have to be eating 3-4k over your tdee.. that's nutz
 
It wasnt a 'growth spirt', trust me. Those have long past. I agree I could still been in the ;developmental' stages as it may be called, but definetly not 'growth spirt stages'. It was a few years after I had got out of high school (graduated at 19 from being a late starter from a raging divorce) that I joined, considering being a waiter was fun for the first year, but then it got really boring.

And yes, I still have my ORIGINAL medical records from join date to leave date, and my ARRIVAL to bootcamp weigh in (with shorts/socks/t shirt and shaved head) was 127lbs on what looked to be a pretty reliable scale.

Reason for such low weight to begin with, is simple. I have always had a super high metabolism, and being almost full cherokee i figured that was main cause of that, plus all I did was drink/smoke/fuck and the occasional binges on blow. lol.. Thats why I joined in the first place.

and when I say 2 cups of the choc milk, I mean 2 full glasses with each meal, the rest seems pretty solid on the amount. Maybe I can find some before and after pics, not sure.. But I didnt follow the regular boot camp regimen, everytime we had that "free time" when the drill instructors where not around I was doing push-ups and scissor kicks, and before I went to sleep every night in my rack, I started doing push ups. I went from doing 50 a night to 200 a night. Thats end of the day, after being beat down, and pting and marching/running all day so I was already pretty tired. For the final PFA, I did over 206 push-ups in 2 mins, and after we all graduated the grad classes had a big competition of like faster runners, most pull ups, etc etc and I pushed out over 400 in 5mins.. Followed by the absolute WORST headache I had ever and I mean ever had. I got second place with some kid beating me out by doing i believe 5-10 more than I did, within that 5 minute time.. (we each had 2 people counting for 1 person doing the contests such as push-ups/pull-ups/sit-ups) so i figure the counting to be pretty legit..
 
Anyways, back on topic morely so.. Im not filling you guys with shit, I could probably still find the myspace mesages where I was messaging all my friends and sending pics of how big i had gotten, and much stalkier I was and how 'strong' I had gotten. I was very, VERY pleased.. Considering I was always small.

But, what do you guys think? Using weights this time, and having quite a bit more knowledge on how to eat and properly train..
 
sounds like if you grew that much without a real bulk diet you got a long ways to go before you need gear. look up a bulk diet or talk to 3J and if you can do that dont be suprised if you can put on another 20-30 lbs before even thinking of gear

thats youre best bet IMO

yeah thats what im wondering, if it really would make that big of a difference or not, or maybe that was my personal max.. Just wonderin what some diet and fitness gurus thoughts where on those gains and then possible gains using weights.

prob a nice build up goin on as well considering no sex or jerkin off either.. lol

fuck didnt really have time to, let alone wanting to.. being such close quarters with 50+ other guys..

something in the food it is called salt peter... It makes your dick stay limp..... I can see 50 pound gains after all you were doing blow drinking and smoking and hardly eating, shit iwent from 125 to 160 in 2 months after I got off the meth and went to re hab. so yeah I can relate..

nah I drank ass loads of water, just never ate as the op stated..... Then you eat 3 meals a day afrter 2 years of being a junkie and your body freaks the fuck out and gains quick, or mine did at least... Its all good though now, I actually got pretty lucky , I did nt loose teeth and get all fucked up looking... So yeah live and learn...
