Questions about Dieting for the Summer!!

Hi all ... here is a little bit about me ... I am 185 pounds/5'9/ and im a 22 year old male ... Ok here is the plan ... I have done 2 cycles so far this year ... but now im looking to stay off the juice and maintain size and even try to get bigger as well ... but i want to get leaned up for the summer ... and i wanted to hear from you people ... some sexy dieting routines or plans that i should try and follow ... the 2 main places im fatty in ... are my chest ... (little bit of bitch tit) and my stomach... i would love to try and loose this weight so im lean for the summer and yet still keep my size ... any info would be great .. thx ~Getting~JakkeD~... if you would like any info just let me know ...

when reading your post, I was thinking about what you said, you want to keep your post cycle gains yet lose body fat. When did you finish your last cycle, what was it, and how much mass did you gain from it?

I finished my last cycle about 2 months ago ... I was on

Deca-Durablin 150mg/ml - 15ml vile
Sustanon-250 - 6 amps
Test Enthaniate- 150mg/ml - 15ml vile
Test Cypionate- 100mg/ml- 10ml vile
D-Bol - 25mg/per day for 3 weeks
Finished cycle with Nolva/Clomid
Max weight 205 - Gained 20 pounds while on cycle
Now I weigh 185- Trying to slim down ....

I was thinking bout doing clenbuterol again but ... it gave me such a headache the 2nd time around using it ... i had to stop ... so now im just trying to watch what i eat and how many carbs im putting in me late at night ... so i stop eating meals at around 8pm and switch to fruit for late night snacks ... anyways gotta go ... lata
 
Even fruit probably has too much sugar/carbs to be an effective snack. try a spoonfull of nattu PB instead.

Just eat clean and moderate carbs. cut down to about 200 on workout days and 125 on non-work out. up the protien intake as well. We're about the same size. I've done pretty much this for a while and I've lost a good amount of fat and maintained strength and muscle. I'm stuck right now so I may up carbs for a day or so then really cut back to 100 on workout days and 70 on off days. try that if you get stuck. Only real difference is that I haven't tried AS yet. That's why I thought you'd do better w/ more carbs.
