Questions on Diet..

Jan 20th 2010, I was going through a bad divorce and was the heaviest I ever been. @ 6'2 341 lbs & size 48 pants (yes pathetic)... I didnt lift for 5 years.

Fast forward to today, I am still 6'2 and 267 lbs size 38 pants.

Since 1/20/10 I have been doing circuit training every other day and since March of last year I do cardio every morning (on empty stomach) approx 250-275 calories on the stationary bike.

I have done previous Winstrol (Injectable) cycles. 5 weeks ago I started
Test prop 100mg Ed and Tren A 100 mg EOD. I have lost approx 3 to 4 inches since then, but my # on the scale has not changed more than 4 lbs.

I eat bread only 1 time a day and that is whole wheat during lunch.

Can I be burning fat and adding muscle and thats why its not changing.

My body looks a whole lot better. I am now getting married AGAIN (Yes i know) on 6/24/12 and want to lose 35 lbs before then.

WTF can I do to be successful, can you guys offer any advice.

Muscle weighs more than fat bro. Youve lost 3-4 pants sizes and only 4 lbs, prolly because youre burning fat and adding muscle as well. If I were you eat whole wheat like you said when you wake up and after weight training. No carbs after 6-7pm besides protein shakes. Diet is gonna be what makes you lose those pounds

My question is really what calorie intake should I be at to keep the muscle and yet lose the fat?

I am so happy how I look now. I feel great, life is great, just want this effin scale to say 220 lol
 
Screw the scale man, as long as you are losing fat and adding muscle like you been ur gtg. If u want the numbers, then drop the cycle and watch the muscle waste away... Dont recommend u that tho
 
So I stepped on the scale today and my weight is now down to 264.6

So far down 10 lbs in 6 weeks and I look like a complete different person.
 
You're most likely losing fat mass, however gaining muscle mass. I think you can increase carbs a little, one piece of bread a day is pretty low. I low carb when cutting (this time about 30 grams per meal) and I weigh 219 (now 200 exact).
 
4 months into cycle

I am now 262.4 lbs and almost down to a size 36 pants.

Tren is finishing up this week.

Bachelor party is in 14 days from now and I want to get down to 250.

Is this possible?
 
Don't try to drop 12 pounds in 14 days, especially this long into a cut. You'll be throwing away hard work just to hit a # by that date and it's going to be nye impossible anyways.

You are right.. I am going to continue with cardio, increase sit ups to 300-400 a day and eat real clean till the 25th.

I am also lifting on my bachelor party, nothing like a good pump before you hit the beach.
 
Try to aim for a complex carb number, not just one piece of whole wheat bread. Why not aim for 250g or slightly lower, with the biggest carb meals before and after workout. Also change up your cardio. Don't so much aim for a calorie amount burned but keeping your heart rate up in the fat burn/cardio zone for 20-40 minutes. The body adapts to exercise quickly so to keep your central nervous system from getting comfortable change it up. Another great tool is to shorten the amount of rest time between sets when you're lifting. This will keep your heart rate at a higher rate throughout the entire workout and not just during your cardio. Great job on dropping the weight man!! Looking forward to the updates!

I do circuit training so I try for 45 seconds to 1 minute between each set.

I will take your advice on the cardio, and switch it up.

ive never been a heavy guy the highest i ever gone was 189 with like 13% bodyfat..
when i wanted to cut however and get to the 170s i would do drop sets/super sets.. you would be surprised how much you can cover in such litle time with supersets.. it helps to keep the HR up and burn some extra fat. 20 min of cardio everyday in the morning empty stomach and 20 min post work out everyday. i would get down to like 175 with 8-10% bodyfat.. depending on how strict my diet was..
 
Down to 249.8 this morning... Wedding is in 18 days and honey moon in 22 days...

Killing these workouts..

Finished up the Tren.

Got 9 shots of test left and 1 bottle of Win to go. 1 shot a day of win till I leave.

Congrats on the progress man keep up the hard work, but don't you think running tren for first real cycle is a little crazy an two running it for 16+ weeks is even more nuts? I'm all for guys trying to lose weight but not worth risking your health

I did 4 bottles of Tren (80 days).. approx 12 weeks..

My BP is good 107-71, and things are great.. I appreciate the feedback..
