I would like to start some sort of cycle. I am about 190lbs 5'10" tall. I have no six pack and I am no where near the size I want to be. I started lifting 2 years ago and I have been going hard 5-6 times a week non-stop. I have gained weight as I was about 155lbs when I started but the weight I have gained has been fat too. I have tried creatine, No2, M1Test (pills), and drank protein shakes of course but most of my gains have been fat or water. I am about 15% body fat. I am interested in gaining LEAN MASS that I will keep and losing some body fat so that I have definition especially in the abs. What do you guys suggest I do?
