Questions on First Cycle

I would like to start some sort of cycle. I am about 190lbs 5'10" tall. I have no six pack and I am no where near the size I want to be. I started lifting 2 years ago and I have been going hard 5-6 times a week non-stop. I have gained weight as I was about 155lbs when I started but the weight I have gained has been fat too. I have tried creatine, No2, M1Test (pills), and drank protein shakes of course but most of my gains have been fat or water. I am about 15% body fat. I am interested in gaining LEAN MASS that I will keep and losing some body fat so that I have definition especially in the abs. What do you guys suggest I do?
 
i suggest winstrol injectable 50 mg every other day along with ananvar tabs of 40 mg a day. u could even add epoquiose to the mix if u wanted. i suggest u run the cycle for 12 week and watch your diet. after your cycle i suggest 2 weeks of clomid therapy along with clenebuterol at 1 the first day 2 he second and so on till u reach 8 a day. run that 4 2 weeks and take 2 off. do this 4 eight weeks and u will have impressive results.

u need to watch ur diet...
complex carbs in morning,simple carbs during the day.
increase protein intake(250-300g), START AEROBIC workouts-45 min,3 times a week can give you great abs

WTF kind of advice is this??? first there isn;t any test in there which there really should be.... second you are suggesting he run orals for 12 weeks straight, and although i know that var has less impact on the liver then other orals i still think this is a terrible idea....As for the clen that is not how you run it... you steadily increase the dose till the sides get to a point that is just tolerable then onece you acclimate to that dose you slighlyt increase it again...2 weeks on the clen then 2 weeks off with an ECA or ECY on the off weeks... At this point it doesn;t osund like you need AS youngblood but rather a better diet, maybe more rest, and a new workout... you could be overtraining depending on what muscle you do each day since you train 5-6 days a week. I think at this point in the game you should start up a good cardio regimen in order to burn some excess fat. also like said check the diet and make sure it is intact...

training 5-6 days/wk is most likely hindering your gains
what is your age?
i would also take a look in our training forum and see what you ca do to better your routine and get you growing muscle instead
